As a Customer Account Manager at Relogix, you will be instrumental in the retention and revenue growth of existing customers and partners.  You will use your excellent relationship building skills to navigate the complex organizations of our customers and partners and help them maximize the business benefits that our workspace utilization solutions can provide. 

Requirements

Here are a few things we’ll look for in your application:

  • At least 3 years of customer account management experience, ideally within a tech startup environment.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships, and upsell/cross-sell existing customers. 
  • Comfortable and confident in dealing with C-level executive decision-makers. 


Here are some of the things we’ll want to get an understanding of when we meet with you:

  • Ability to communicate product offerings, capabilities, and business value.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Proven Closer - the ability to speak to your consistent overachievement of sales goals.
